Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the customer is unavailable, the shipment may be re-attempted or returned to us.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. HAZE PERFUME is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

If accepted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

8. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver every order on time, HAZE PERFUME is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

9. International Shipping

Currently, HAZE PERFUME ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
