Refund policy
At HAZE PERFUME, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow the policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only if:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product was delivered with manufacturing defects.
3. Return Request
Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, our team will assist you with the return or replacement process.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Exchange
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
We do not offer exchanges based on fragrance preference or personal liking.
